Describe your goal before the problem

Start with the platform and the business task you are trying to complete. For example, explain that you need an authorized team member to manage a page or that you are preparing an advertising setup for a new campaign.

Then describe what happens when you try. Include the exact wording of the message you see and the point at which it appears. Clear observations are more useful than assuming what caused the issue.

Include the context that changes the answer

Mention when the issue started, whether it affects one asset or several, and what you have already tried. If a recent change seems relevant, describe it without presenting it as a confirmed cause.

When sharing a screenshot, include the relevant message and enough surrounding context to explain it. Hide passwords, authentication codes, payment details, and unrelated customer information before sending the image.

Keep the request in one useful message

Use a simple order: platform, goal, issue, steps already tried, and any deadline. If you need several services, list them separately with the relevant configuration or quantity for each.

A prepared message from a product button is a useful starting point. Add your own requirements before sending it, and keep the discussion in the same chat so the details remain easy to find.

Agree on the next step

Ask what information is needed, what work is included, and how you will know that the agreed task is complete. Confirm the scope and any quote before the work begins.

For an account review or other platform decision, ask which steps can be assisted with and which depend on the platform. A clear scope helps you plan without relying on an assumed outcome.
